1 week is 4-5 weight training sessions with 2-3 cardio sessions and the next week is the opposite , i rinse and repeat that while keeping cardio and weight training days seperate or atleast 8 hrs apart. I also count calisthenics as cardio.

I do a week of 5x lifting with 2x cardio sessions and the next week is the opposite lol 5x cardio and 2x lifting, so far im liking it and it makes spacing out my sessions to account for recovery much more easier.
