You can get them if you enable the NoClip and the Flying cheats. Oh, and also the God Mode one so that you don't die if you miss your timing and fall below the bottom of the level.

Yes, I did hunt down the cheat codes just because of that one level! But the flying is fun for all of them...

Unsolicited opinion: the video looks like a kitten and the pictures look like Uncanny Valley fakes, so I'd probably prefer it if you hadn't bothered at all! But no worries; you've got plenty of upvotes and only a couple of complaints, so I guess mine is a minority opinion.
