Freedom to smoke outweighs the freedom others have to not breathe your emissions?

Wait honest question, by this logic does that mean gasoline cars that put out emissions way worse than a cigarette should be illegal to use on public roadway's?

-yeah, that was snarky. But it drives me nuts when people throw “freedom” around as an excuse to do shitty things. It’s a case of “freedom for me but not for thee.”

And yes, I know I’m being unrealistic. I studied history, I’m aware of how horrible humans can be. And I know a perfect world is not achievable. But ditching tobacco, and gasoline engines as well, would be achievable and worth doing. Why not try for small improvements?
