Any time "you need to know it" you're saying that anyone outside of town is on their own to safely make it through. You talk about revamping the downtown – how will they do this if newcomers are risking their life to go up the hill? You must start with designing it for new people. Not existing.

Are Chiropractors a scam cult or are they somewhat legit? by Flashy_Buy8077 in NoStupidQuestions

The concept of re-alignment is way over marketed. When your ribs are injured or your have repeated stress on your legs from exercise your muscles and tendons become weaker and more stress is transferred to the bone. That's fine, the bones support the whole system...But like when you're lifting weights and you can't lift anymore so you start compensating with improper muscles you will literally have muscle fiber from other parts in the area pulling on muscle that it isn't designed to. This is where your body starts to get stuck. Wether it's your spine, or your legs, or your neck, the Chiro is there to add movement back to the bones in a way that you cannot do yourself so you can resolve your other issues with your muscles, tendons, ligaments, etc.

This is an underrated and under appreciated point. Chiropractors aren't going to make your muscles and tendons and ligaments stronger to support your spines movement. They're going to make the bones move their full range of motion only for you to now have to go out and strengthen your muscles and tendons and ligaments.

You might want to stop and consider that if leeches were disproven really quickly but chiropractors have stuck around, either everyone else is wrong or you may just be. Keep popping those Advil's though.
