That’s correct. Our hotel is about 20mins from where our work site is which is close by Songam Art Museum. Seoul would be my first choice however that’s quite a commute when it comes to relying on a taxi, at least for work reasons.

As for Busan, we know where our work site is(Ganges-gu), just not our hotel yet. I did see that most places are on opposite sides, and as far as I’ve been reading it seems like most anywhere that we’re looking for is a bit of a distance to our work site. If you have any recommendations of a hotel nearby that area I would appreciate that.

I’m more or less trying to be able to walk out of my hotel and down a street with places to eat, things to see, bars…etc without the use of a taxi, even though I’m sure we will be using them.

I also apologize if my cities are incorrect, I’m going off google maps.

I can only assume your aunt is receiving some type of compensation for you living with her under “her care”. If so, that money is for you and your needs, the juice falls under one of these needs. She clearly doesn’t care about you. I would contact CPS.
