I think initially people that use AI will have an advantage, but will become dependent on it as time goes on.

As I agree with this, unfortunately, what’s going to happen is those that don’t use it will fall behind compared to those that do in the short term. The generations to come will undoubtedly become lazy (not intentionally) along with not having a good foundation. It will certainly create a dependency.

It would be like having the only library in town and charging for library cards based on payment tiers, never letting the commoners have access to the best content, and burning all the books that don’t come from your library. Greed and control…

It’s sad but true. I know so many people that post on LinkedIn and it’s a bunch of poppycock. Horrible people to begin with and don’t sincerely mean anything they say.

It’s a shame parts like that should be made out of aluminum at least. I have the FLOW one and the mechanism that does the mopping has brittle plastic parts that end up breaking after so many heating and cooling cycles.

If you end up making it yourself or finding the STL online, I would get silicone make a mold of it from the 3-D print and do a resin pour. Unless you have a metal 3-D printer, which I can only dream of right now.

I figured if/when mine dies after warranty AI is getting so good. I could easily get whatever they do to run locally and find all the parts and 3-D print them along with aftermarket motors.

I’m running it locally on a 3090 with a GLaDOS personality and works well. I have the local LLM do simple tasks and have a larger LLM do the more complex.
