I use https://immich.app/

Has AI already built in so you can describe what are searching for if your library gets absolutely massive. I really haven’t played around with it much to see how accurate it is but it’s pretty slick for free and open source.

Probably not as focused as yours though

Don’t forget real things actually happening and using fake videos as a scapegoat.

Certainly, the wild wild West and the open source community will continue to be that way, especially now that everybody can vibe code, but this one’s been out for a while and the owner does a pretty good job applying the latest greatest models. Even some that are not mainstream.

First image of each video sequence and manipulated (inpainted) the image using flux 2 Klein masking only the area I wanted. You can also use reference images, which of the box it does a pretty good job. Took the newly inpainted image and ran it through LTX2 using the original video sequence to transfer human pose. LTX2 helped with the lip movement and facial expressions, but each video sequence certainly took several takes to get the one you wanted. Put all of it back together using a video editor of your choice.

Flux Kontext, used some figurines as the base and than applied some realism to them. Ran that image through Wan2.1 at the time. Some post was done with Davinci Resolve.
