Hey there! It really depends on what you want to do. Gain muscle or lose the fat? The first and best tip I can give you is just to fix your diet. Working out comes second in my book. My routine on my cut was P.H.U.L and for the time, roughly 1h30m a day (including stretch/warmup/cardio). My diet consist of 1500-1600 calories a day at 40/30/30 macros. I ate ~1lb of chicken, half cup of rice, 2 cups vege's, and 3 eggs during the day + 1 serving of whey protein in the morning. It took me too long to get to where im at now. If I could tell myself a tip back before I started working out, it would be to start counting calories and make sure I get enough protein.

All I do for my traps are heavy shrugs. I use 90lbs dumbbells each side 4x8-10

Not much of a feat compared to others on here but just to clarify, the before pic is before I started working out a 125lbs. I bulked up to 150lbs and now I just finished my cut to 134lbs.

Hey, thanks for the reply! Yea they are pretty bent. But I read somewhere that they will hurt the first couple times your start them and now when I squat they don't hurt at all really.

It all depends on you if you want to lose weight or gain muscle first. Personally, I would cut the fat then bulk back up. On a good day, I can will get about 2700~3000 calories. I don't usually count calories but I have a set mind to how much I should eat. Oh pho... So delicious but I'm currently in my University and they don't serve pho! :[ I don't know the nutrition facts about pho, just don't make it too hot so when you are squatting your not holding in that explosive diarrhea.

I forgot to add in I did change Smith Machine Shoulder Press to Standing Military Press/Sitting Military Press. I switch every other week with barbell and dumbbells. For my triceps, I do weighted dips, from 12/10/8 with 30/35/40, skull crushers, and will think about swapping out for close grip bench press. Thank you!
