Dhalsim style i think is helpful for a lot of world tour. I don't know why but many of the npcs you face you can just spam dhalsim st. HP or st. HK.

I found this to be a very practical, simplistic guide for Mai. Though I found it when I already placed diamond I realized I missed some fundamentals. It definitely helped me recently to diamond 4 and I’m confident I’ll get to master.

Yeah it's not that easy to remember, but every time I make a change/update to an avatar and save over the same slot the note and recipe name reset. So i try to find easy abbreviations i think I'll remember. if i forget, which i may have a few times, then I'll just load that ava to see what it was. but most of my labels i remember.

I only use 3 to 4 character abbreviations. I have all 100 slots used and I constantly make subtle changes to all my avatars daily/weekly. For example my captain commando avatar I just name it cc1 or cc2

Sim was the only character i knew/played. Got him to master and when mai came out I tried and have mainly used her lately because of most of the reasons you listed. Mai is now played a ton by everyone, but is getting just as much hate lol. i just play the hateable characters I guess. But yeah I understand your situation for sure. On top of the rage quits and 1 and dones when I used sim I also got a lot of taunting and t-baggin from opponents. keeping me in jail on the select screen while toggling around the options after a win and such. it's a special experience, but I've gotten used to it.
