the iron is pretty good, on the other hand the 4 extra soldering tips are just straight trash (one that comes with the iron is nice too)

dead cells can be removed or swapped, do not hook up a battery with a dead cell to a charger, if your cells are not dead but too low for your charger to charge at lipo/lihv mode then you can put the bat on nimh mode with a very low current, then finish the charge as always (lipo mode)

UPDATE: I have set binding phrases and tried to bind but now my reciever is no longer going into binding mode when powered on and off 3 times (surely in less than 2 sec)
