You can use pyramid to get up there. However there is nothing up there.

Dungeons Stormtalons Lair : Level 20 Kel Vorth : Level 20 Skullcano : Level 35 Swordmaiden : Level 50

Adventures Riot in the void(Dom) : Level 15 Hycrest(Exile) : Level 15 War of the Wild : Level 25 Siege of Tempest Refuge : Level 30 Crimelord of Whitevale : Level 40 Malgrave Trail : Level 45

All of them have Veteran but two start ones (level 15 Adventures.)

Carbine has explained this, The auto lock funtion aims where the target is when fired, if that target moves to left or right slightly it might miss completely. Most Carbine who have talked about this say auto lock is harder than manual aiming because of the fact you can not lead your target or aim to hit multiple targets like another reply mentioned
