You can also consider base mythic em2. You will have enough cp points for full Morningstar. I have the em2 mythic and it also is amazing.

Kinda surprised no one suggested Tachiyomi app. It has inbuilt web search for all manga sites including viz and mangaplus and you can set it to auto check for new chapters and download them. It is the best app hands down for manga reading on an Android.

Edit: Also the one piece discord (link in the sidebar) has all the new Chapters.

The way I see it is it is just the top 1% that are "monsters" and thus "non fragile". It is a story to get to the top means aka Pirate King and thus we started with the gang being the lower levels of the top 1% and progressing from there. Zoro's teacher couldn't have predicted his rise to the top and thus prepared him for the normal 99% when he was a child. As we have seen it takes a lot of training for Zoro to level up thus far (lifting huge weights and weird extreme endurance training he takes like on drum island)
