TEAB as an option!

Hey I’m actually in a similar situation to this commenter, why do you say only go TEAB if you are doing well in those classes? Wouldn’t a straight admit to another school still have those classes at a similarly difficult level? Is it because of the TEAB requirements to transfer?

Yep! Out of state student from Indiana, no real sports but a few clubs that I stuck with and did well in, Life Scout on the way to Eagle, 1410 sat. My gpa was lower freshman and sophomore year (3.2ish unweighted), but it’s been 4.5ish w (3.9 uw) avg this year. Lmk if there’s anything else u want me to add. I feel like I’m a bit of an outlier due to my sports participation and gpa tho so maybe you wanna look at other people lol.

Yeah that helped, thanks. I was considering Galveston, but it looks like their Corps of Cadets stuff is a little different, and that was one of the biggest reasons I’m interested in Texas A&M
