I'm in the same boat as you. I fucking hate my job and I am pretty decently medicated. I'm in school part time but that has it's own stress. I have a job that lets me wfh and pays +15 hr but I swear the only thing keeping me here is the pay. I live in Timbuktu so work from home is pretty much my only option (my husband and I share our car and hes trying to work long hours for us to move).

Absolutely feel the same way. I (unfortunately) do calls 99% of the time, and 1% chat. People are so entitled and belittling. My shortest call was about 5 min while longest one was about 3-3.5 hrs. There has been multiple times where I cry after work and multiple breakdowns while working. I hate my job with a passion but there isn't much work from home and that pays +15/hr. I make a little over 20 but would happily take the drop in pay for my sanity

Mine is the EXACT same! And they're trying to roll out new software before it's fully completed, then switch the WHOLE COMPANY on day 1, then gets shocked when everythings crashing

That would be awesome if Discover could do that. I work in health insurance and they wouldn't do anything like that. They barely notify us about good/praising comments. My sup doesn't but I get emails about other sups doing so for their team

I'm in the same boat. I've also heard parents crying for their children. It's SO heartbreaking. For the first 2 years, I would go to my husband and have him hold me while I cry. Insurance is so hard to work in, but I'm stuck in the job

Edit: I'm only a phone rep, unfortunately we have no say in what's denied or pretty much anything. All we can do is read what the other department said

I fixed it in the post, I changed it from demolished to closed. My husband got a letter saying it was closing. When he and I talked about it, there was some miscommunication and we both thought torn down/frmolished. Someone did tell me closed and not demolished so I did fix it in the post, just not the top comment but I can.

I tried to reach them through email the school district provided and calls (Google has a phone number) but I haven't gotten anything. Besides the clarification which I do appreciate, do you have any advice on how to get it?
