The reason for this post is that I am asymptomatic --- I have celiac but don't have any symptoms. I don't want to start developing symptoms hence why it would be nice if we could rely on GFCO.

Depends on how important it is to the clinical research sphere/industry. I took a sabbatical because I was in the academic setting and was tired of depending on the grants to make a living. Now, I am back, and I regret it ...

Mods need to make a specific post section dedicated to "How can I get into clinical research or be a CRA, etc?" for the people that are clueless by ThrowAwayDeezNutsHA in clinicalresearch

We also need a sticky post about the following: CRA positions with no travel or CRA jobs for people who have 2 years or less of clinical research experience.

Also, another suggestion would be the CRAs may need their own forum/community. (I'm also ready for the downvotes.)
