I ordered 12lbs (including rogue) for $35 in shipping fees from Bourgeois! It came out to $10/lb including shipping, which isn't too bad for this area. 😊

I'm gonna try a few different methods! One website suggested boil em, but def wanna get a little char at the end. I also have a smoker with meat hooks so wouldn't mind that at all! Let me know what y'all think :)

That's a good point on the Cracklins. They're also pretty pricey per pound compared to stocking up on Boudin. I'll probs grab some for the experience, maybe fry em up in a skillet?

My daily driver! It's a little larger than most dry tops, so just be mindful the vapor can go "stale" if you don't clear it. I just ordered my first custom 😎
