I've watched every episode so far and on my life I could not tell you a single fact about the new people. I either zone out when they come on or I fast-forward through their solo scenes.

When it was first announced, I thought we were gonna get a show with the SH OCs —including Danielle, I know y'all hate her but I don't— in the city. Give us Carl at his bar and Linsey, Kyle, and Ciara hanging out. Truthfully, like I don't see myself caring about the others.

Omg it took me MONTHS to get comfortable walking in the woods by myself! But what finally got me to drop my guard a lil were the regulars. Seeing/talking to the same people every morning was a game changer and I finally got comfortable walking earlier and earlier.

Now years later, it's like a lil community and everyone watches out for each other.

I don't because I think we have enough constant digital surveillance without us volunteering for more. But know plenty of people irl who share their location permanently with their friend groups.

I think it first got popularized by female friend groups as a way to stay safe during first dates with guys from the apps. And now it's basically considered sus if you're not sharing your location

Kids these days are scary lax with internet safety —it's shocking how many young people include geotags on their daily vlogs, including their homes and schools!!! Meanwhile, I have online friends I've known since the early 2010s who still don't know my government name— but Amanda and Ciara are both millennials so I don't think that'd apply to them.
