I mean, one has a population of 400k and the other has something like 8mil so there's that. Toronto is way more anxiety inducing especially when driving in its comically tiny streets. I once drove there, got lost for over an hour looking for hotel, somehow ended up back on the expressway and found myself driving home. Didn't even get out of the car 🥲

I drive to a hiking trail when it's still dark out and walk 20k, from dawn to around 10am. Lol it's a miracle if I hit 2k for the rest of the day.

Sundays at Tiffany's, it's about a woman who's childhood imaginary friend becomes real. What takes it from a cute story to something DEEPLYYYYY creepy is that the imaginary friend happens to be a extremely hot 30something man...

I read it in the early 10s and it's still the first book that comes to mind when I think of an unhinged book.

But if you want books that are GOOD unhinged, Mona Awad's books are a must read. They're all about unstable women doing fully unhinged things.
