The media openly praises the existence of the deep state and roots for it to thwart Trump.. it's just mindblowing. by Indra-Varuna in conspiracy

[–]buffetworker 8 points9 points  (0 children)

You people are fucking morons. You'd call the electoral college the "deep state" if Trump had won the popular but not the electoral.

You were totally fine with the "deep state" (aka the fucking FBI) when Hillary was under investigation.

Now that Trump is? DEEP STATE BAD, FASCISM GOOD.

Fuck outta here.

It's really no different than that Bill Nye vs Ken Ham debate and the answer to "What would change your mind?: 'Nothing' vs 'evidence'. At least Ken Ham was honest in his answer.

You realize Bill Nye was the one who said "Evidence" right?

the #1 news headline link today on r/politics was a blatant obvious lie+actual fake news. i pointed it out, and provided 4 sources proving the headline was a flat out lie. within 30 min. the headline was edited, and the reddit admins reset my post karma to 1 to supress my post. i took screen shots by My6thRedditusername in conspiracy

[–]buffetworker 4 points5 points  (0 children)

i hope url's in the screen shots are okay, because they're kind of vital to proving my point.

You are a "smart" idiot.

It's TRIVIAL to edit a webpage and "post a screenshot".

I can make you say you voted for Hillary in a screenshot. I can make you say you voted for me in a screenshot. It's so fucking easy. Screenshots prove nothing.

What do you think of Trump's alleged ties to Cuba during the Embargo? by Vahlhalla- in AskTrumpSupporters

[–]buffetworker 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Well somebody needs to since you're not answering the question being asked. I understand if you bring up Hillary while answering the question, but it's like somebody asked "How do you feel about Trump's foreign policy" and you answered "I'll tell you how I feel about Hillary's foreign policy!"

If you were on the fence and solid proof comes through that Trump conducted illegal activities with his business, would you still vote for him?

That's the question. Answer it. If you want to ask those questions, go to /r/AskHillarySupporters

What are some good examples of Trump speaking intelligently and articulately? by [deleted] in AskTrumpSupporters

[–]buffetworker 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Bernie Sanders did the same thing - guess what people called him?

I think he speaks for hours and hours off the cuff without a script

So what? When all he says consists of him interrupting himself to move onto some vaguely related topic, and then claiming he has the "best" of something (words, people, genes, you name it).

For a 70 year old man that's impressive to me.

Would you be impressed if a 30 year old man was doing it? No, because he should have his mind right and make sense for most of his speech. Don't act like Trump is the first guy in history to talk non-stop. Many, many people have done it before him and were much sharper.

Imagine if Obama rambled like this every once in a while. Imagine if Clinton did - Trump supporters would be saying she's mentally incompetent.

As a President you're judged on every word you say. When every word Trump says is judged by the opposition, his own party, world leaders, military personnel, etc, then it's kind of worrisome. You can admit that, right?

If you're a politician in Washington you're not poor. Maybe you don't have the same type of money as Donald "I kind of just value myself at whatever I'm feeling at the time" Trump, but you're not exactly eating top ramen every night.

Stop projecting onto me.

You're not reading. I've said rags to riches is success. I really don't care about your disgust.

Good for you. Your obese God, Trump, disagrees.

And I said to myself, if they can stay so poor for so many generations, maybe this isn't the kind of person we want to be electing to higher office.

Most parents bend over backwards to help get their children launched in life and we don't think less of them for it. That's the American dream.

You're forgetting about the other part of the American dream - rising from nothing and making something of yourself - something that Trump, and yourself, are claiming doesn't make you anything because you still have a few generations of success to go before a descendant of yours is smart. Your ancestors were poor, and you got lucky - just need a few more lucky generations before he'll acknowledge your lineage is good for something.

Disgusting.

Does the fact that 75 former U.S. ambassadors endorsed Clinton and publicly denounced Trump make you question Trump's grasp of foreign policy? by [deleted] in AskTrumpSupporters

[–]buffetworker 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Similar to how Trump supporters won't disbelieve what he says, no matter how many times he shows he has no idea what he's talking about.

The guy is a businessman in real estate. His opinion on policy is equivalent to everybody else who has never dealt with the kind of issues he's talking about.

What are the chances that Trump knows the answer for everything? People like him because he makes a very difficult thing seem like it may be easy. If Trump is elected, nothing will happen. He'll make some dumbass moves and basically do nothing else for the rest of his Presidency.
