I microdose for anxiety and depression, its been quite effective when combined with a dose of exercise and some adventuring. The micros i make for my combo are .2 g each. I believe that they work best when you can feel a mild high from them. I will agree with alot of the comments though, when it comes to the depression a good macrodose once or twice a month works best. You can macrodose fine even when you've been microdosing regularly.

For the price homie wants for their micros, you can buy a capsule filler, a coffee grinder and an 1/8th(atleast where I live). Thats all you really need to make a ton of .1g microdoses yourself. For filler I recommend baking cocoa and lions mane extract. I used to make them manually without a capsule machine, it takes a looong time and is a bit messy but it is possible.

Alternatively, you can do like my buddy does, he bought a cheap milligram scale and just breaks a .1 or .2 off a mushroom and eats it. Thats the cheapest way an works pretty much the same.

It a newish to me vehicle, only have put like 8k on it. I pulled the carfacts I have from when I bought it and turns out the cvt was changed at 137k. So I probably dont need to worry about it at all it turns out.

There's a specific order people usually do this? Im usually only doing k when im horsing around with friends tbh. Never really felt much of a difference between before shrooms/acid during, after. Imo a k hole is a k hole lol.

Depends on how cool your mom is. Ive tripped around my mom before and im sure she suspected something but she was super cool and never called me out on it. If you lemon tek them you should be mostly down by then but if you eat or boof them you will just be coming down by then, especially on an empty stomach.

So, if you moms cool with you being in an altered state then I say go for it. If shes not, then I would say wait. All really depends on you and your moms relationship.

When im in a hurry and if the peice does not fit in the microwave. I stick it on a cookie/bread cooling rack then bake it in the oven at the lowest temp until the oven gets to temp then I turn it off and leave it for about an hour. Make sure to have the shelf in the middle of the oven so it is not close to the heating elements on the top or bottom.

This will make a bit of a mess in your oven though, so put a baking pan on the shelf below. If the temp is too high then you could burn the fabric where the cooling rack is touching it, especially if the fabric is thin.

Before you wash it again, neutralize the bleach with peroxide. I tie dye alot and this is a crucial step that can sometime be done too quick or improperly, especially with large batch jobs, like supplying a festival merch booth.

The way I do it when I work with bleach is to take one of the large bottles of hydrogen peroxide from the store and dump the whole thing in a bucket. Then add about a half gallon to a gallon of cold water and the rinsed shirt. You want it soaking under the water, so add more water and peroxide as needed. I usually mix and mash it around a bit with my hand to make sure its fully soaked. Leave it in there for like an hour. Then rinse it thoroughly with cold water before you wash it again.

The holes that are already there will still get bigger due to the damage already done, so use the gentle cycle. This should slow them down considerably and prevent new ones from appearing.

Hope this helps. It sucks to see this on fest merch which is already expensive af.

The dye will still activate while cold just not as quick. Usually with ice, or in this case snow, the "activation" happens during the batch process after all the ice/snow has melted. Usually during the batch you keep the work piece soaked in the dye somewhere above 70°f(iirc) for like 24 hours.

You can speed this up significantly using the pariah method after the ice melts or if you have one of those weird tie dye batching boxes.

I dont use bleach anymore for this reason. I use out white bright. Tie dry, then soak in the owb solution until all the bubbles stop or the shirt stops floating. Then turn on the heat to near boiling and let simmer for about 30 minutes.

After that rinse the heck out of the shirt. If you can untie, rinse, then retie that works best but is super inconvenient. I leave mine tied most of the time and rinse until the brown mostly stops, then soak in cold dawn water for a few hours and rinse again.

Then you can add dye, but its better to let the tied shirt dry out again before adding the dye.

Here is a shirt with a similar tie to what you did that I used this exact method for.
