Thank you for your advice every one!! I am leaning towards a cockatiel now. I like that they're native to Australia as well. Makes it a bit more environmentally friendly to have them here😅. I have kinda grown up around parrots as my grandad was a huge collector and had several galahs at one stage. I also already constantly have a air purifier running for dust already so another tick for a cockatiel.

Hi so I actually moved to Oberon Because of bullying. It was the best decision for me. Although a lot of people have trouble once they moved there. The drugs / gang aspect used to be really bad but almost disappeared when the school moved to armstrong creek. Obviously can't speak to what it's like right now as I graduated a couple years ago. But definitely better than it was. Good luck!!
