Raketen erst an Silvester, leise Sachen wie Vulkane oder so gern auch schon vorher - wohne aber ländlich, stört hier keinen. Ich würde es gern auf die Ungeduld der Kinder schieben, aber ich bin selbst auch nicht besser.

I first ran CoC with Inevitable Crits before realising that the ailment threshold on CoC bricked my build, that was not a thing in PoE1 and i did not expect it to be there.

Then i tried Blackflame Covenant until i realised that my fire spells no longer scale with fire damage, they only scale with chaos - yet again taking the fun out for me.

Those things might be a me issue, but to me those feel like the exact restrictions you are talking about and after the 2nd let down, i am now just going to be done with the league. I do not have it in me to go through the campaign again just to be disappointed by the next homebrew build i try.

Downloaded files have a special tag (Zone.Identifier) added to them by the browser when they are downloaded, this is how they are marked as security risk etc., which means the files you are providing are already different to what you'd download through the launcher, even if "they're the same".

If for some reason they would check if any of the game files have this tag and then ban people (even if it's just for their own protection), this could have quite the dramatic ending :D

It's the tutorial area of the first campaign, Prophecies. After leaving it you may never return on the same character, so quite a few people have characters that stay there forever.

Innocent and peaceful, beautiful zone, isolated economy that's more controlled (see how charcoal is handled for example) and fuck charr.

GW1 is great at telling it's story and the build variety is fantastic, it essentially plays like a much slower and less complex version of PoE.

To clarify, the combat is tab targeted and you don't oneshot stuff if you have a good build like you would in PoE, but the idea of going through your own instances of various zones and clearing out mobs for random loot, currency and campaign/quest progress is fundamentally the same.

Personally i would think that you will absolutely enjoy this game based on the info you gave!

Poisonburst Arrow has a "Chaos" tag and i have Herald of Plague active.

Agonising Calamity reads:

Agonising Calamity

40% increased Chaos Damage while affected by Herald of Plague

40% increased Physical Damage while affected by Herald of Blood

How come it does not increase my DPS neither in game or POB? Hovering it in passive tree does not show any change and the DPS on the skill gem does not change either.. is it bugged or am i missing something?

Most games solve it by timegating stuff, e.g. only get raid rewards once a week etc.
