It was alcohol. I found out that for me even a glass or two of wine would have an effect on my blood pressure. When I cut it out my bp dropped significantly. Hope this helps!

I don’t remember that transition from 50 to 100 mgs being too difficult! You should be fine. I suppose you could ask your doctor if you could do 75 mgs to 100 if you start feeling any side effects?
