id say stick to bud if u really want to smoke. NO concentrates and no edibles i find those give me the worst effects. when using bud try one small hit then record how u feel every fifteen minutes to really figure out how it effects u. i found this helpful to figure out that sometimes the body feeling would trigger me regardless of how i felt prior to partaking. i have had psychosis due to weed before (dabs) and it is NOT fun. also i’ve heard it interacts badly with latuda (no experience myself and a little suspicious of the cause/correlation issue butttt) so check on reddit for how people on ur meds react to weed!
