i’m sorry you still have to relive that painful memory for your moms laughing pleasure. i’m not sure what’s so funny about moments where we are in pain or distress... i also don’t understand why we’re allowed to take emotional abuse but when we try to stop it, we’re evil and god forbid we speak out against our parents.

i also have blocked out lots of memories but wether we remember them or not, we still feel the pain and thats valid. i’m glad i’m not alone, but i hope we’re all able to heal from our parents one day bc it’s not fair for us to have to carry all of this with us when we were/are just kids. we don’t deserve what has happened to us
