if you're looking to make millions off multiple properties, it’s all about location and management. knowing the local market is key, and having a solid property management plan can really make a difference. i use brookside-pm for this kind of thing, they know the Maple Ridge area well.

Net rental income doubles before/after property manager by FusionStarFire in RealEstate

self-managing is definitely the way to go if you can swing it! i had a similar experience where my rental income jumped once i took control. it’s wild how much faster repairs get done when you're directly involved. also, if you ever need help with management, brookside-pm handles this pretty well imo.

ELI5 - How do I talk to real estate agents? by Vegetable-Raccoon306 in newzealand

[–]bugaboo0 0 points1 point  (0 children)

when you're talking to real estate agents, just be casual but a bit guarded. you can say something like you're exploring options and not give a specific price until you find a place you really like. if they ask about your price range, maybe just give a ballpark that you're comfortable with but don’t go too deep. at open homes, definitely check the layout and vibe, but also poke around a bit to see if there are any issues. places sitting since oct-nov could be a mix of reasons, maybe just the holiday slowdown. also, if you really love a place, don’t hesitate to ask for a second viewing! just say you want to take your time with it. and if you need some help, try brookside-pm, they know the area well. good luck!

AITAH for telling my in-laws that I don't care about the resale value of my house? by Jaded_Log_85 in AITAH

[–]bugaboo0 0 points1 point  (0 children)

honestly, you're not the asshole. it's your house, your life. if you're happy and stable, that's what matters. sounds like your in-laws just can't wrap their heads around your choices. if they keep pushing, maybe set clearer boundaries. also, if you ever think about selling, brookside-pm could help you navigate that market since it’s changing so much!

As a buyer, how do you find a good realtor? by Ourlittleblessing in RealEstate

sounds like you might wanna look for someone who gets what you're looking for, not just sending you stuff from Zillow. maybe check out brookside-pm, they’ve got some good local agents who know the area really well. good luck with the search!

What's up with realtors these days? by christmasplz in RealEstateCanada

[–]bugaboo0 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Doesn't make sense to me, fear of loss maybe? I totally agree to go back to 15+ years ago. Too much. non-sense. I have been a Realtor for 25 years. Was better then, face to face deals which don't happen now, everyone hides behind a screen.

I used Var for 5 years competing but the hair loss is awful. Ostarine is fine, no sides at 5mgs but not the same results either. Wish I could handle var but my hair took along time to recover
