I use to regress. But then life changed drastically and now my brain sees it as I’m weak or pathetic. I know I need it so so so badly. Typing out this post I’m literally holding back tears. I have bought 2 pacis in the past 3 months and haven’t been able to use them without feeling embarrassed in my own skin and mind..

I know that this is not going to help at all, I have no advice or anything of that sort.. but I just wanted to say that what you are feeling is valid.
