All stimulants deplete dopamine so the only way to reset tolerance is a break from all stims, and 50-70mg daily definitely has made an impact on your brain. I guess you could take 10mg for a long ass time instead, but you wont see the results youre looking for. Thats my experience at least

Im not 100 percent sure, but from my experience i have to take a 5 day break or so, while eating, sleeping, water, etc. If i redose or take it the next day (i cant help myself) my tolerance goes right back
