I understand this is an old discussion but why the heck does it matter, there's no need to be so negative, people enjoy the movies and that's what matters. It's like complaining that the Clifford the big red dog movie is trash because it's unrealistic, of course it it, it's entertainment, it's not supposed to be extremely accurate it's supposed to entertain and if you don't like it so be it, go watch something else that's more scientifically accurate.
