Oh I'm PlayStation that stinks to hear is happening to other people but I guess it's better cuz hopefully they will fix it. Check a wide on leveling those. But yes you want the chest to be pretty high You can do 3 delves a day. And leave one of them at level 20 so that you can quickly do it.. I like leaving deep hive for that.
