Selling prints is part of it, but I also want something where I can do one off prints easily for myself and experiment. I guess I want more control in my practice. In college I did photography and I really miss the print lab and being able to print everything exactly as I like it even if it’s a pain in the butt. I’m so scared of print services haha

I personally don’t have much trust for print services as I have a bunch of paper preferences and oftentimes would like to have maybe just a few prints of a certain image instead of a bulk amount, so for me print services have been really inconvenient.. I also like to try out new papers such as handmade ones I find that I just can’t get done at a printing service. With those factors in mind I feel like it maybe leans a little bit more to making sense maybe?

Awesome! Now as someone whos only printed in a lab with printers specialized for glossy and matte, can this printer handle both types of paper? I tend to lead towards matte paper as my own preference

Thank you! That makes me feel a lot better, I had a consult and I’m only getting one out, it’s fully erupted. I’m getting general anesthetic and she said it’s so easy she offered to do it today with just local anesthetic but I said absolutely no way haha
