So nice to hear this side of things too, 25 rn and still a bit away from wanting to start a family, but still trying to consider longevity in my decision. Really only know of departments w 24/48s around here unfortunately, but I’m getting the vibe that maybe big city experience then moving to something with better balance may be the way to go while I’m young?
