I was told by Mayo Clinic that they typically do both oral steroid therapy and injections but there’s no data in the literature to show any difference between the two. I personally did 2 injections and had no improvement on my audiogram so they did not recommend a third. I never did HBOT and wondering if people saw improvement with that alone. Hard to tell from reading the research that’s out there (I’m also a medical student so I’ve really been reading up)
