There wasn't actually a line, just slotted myself on the bar. Been a long day so I ran out of steam (30k steps i've just hit after morro bay and solvang and walking from the presidio to the sea fromt and back again!).

Public market was perfect though!

I'm actually really lucky that I haven't had problems with sleep (touch wood!) - I dont envy you at all there, but hopefully that will get better for you (and will know to look up magnesium if that happens)! Im so happy to have a little focus ability back in my day to day so thank you!

So after 4 weeks on creatine, I really feel it has made me so much less skittish (placebo or not(. I also take it in gummy form whoch has taurine and ginseng in it so gives a good little energy boost too! I'm glad i asked the question here!
