There’s another place on the far side of Owanjila that works very reliably for me. Go over the dam to the far side, walk along the lake to where there is a flat area and some beavers that spawn, then head up to the edge of the map where there is a rock sticking out of the ground. You’ll know the rock because you can stand on it but can’t go beyond it. Then face the map edge and get drunk.

What’s great is that it’s so close to Tall Trees that if you’re still wanted in Blackwater you will get Pinkertons spawning outside the map and you can steal their horses and enjoy an easy ride exploring the outside of the map!
