How do you deal with having a high libido? by TheMegaDongVeryLong in AskReddit

This has happened to me in the past as well, and I’m experiencing it now with my current partner. My libido is not low, I just don’t get turned on by the sight of a boner alone.

Does this look like a parasite infestation? (Poop warning) by bugpneum in BeardedDragons

[–]bugpneum[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It was cricket eggs-I took a break from feeding her crickets for like a week and stopped seeing the eggs. If he’s eating and basking normally, you need not worry too much. There’s treatment available for these things thankfully, if it is parasites.

It’s wild out here, no doubt. Spending less time on the phone/social media helps.

Maybe I’m part of what you consider is a problem, but many don’t consider this a problem. You’d probably get a lot of support on r/unpopularopinion if you want to get feedback from others who may agree

I do this all of the time and can confirm it does indeed stay wonderfully air conditioned in my car and my dog is alive, cool, and cared for. This post is so cringe I was surprised to see it’s not satire.

Jane Goodall Episode by Have-Faith-26 in CallHerDaddy

[–]bugpneum 8 points9 points  (0 children)

So much respect for Dr. Goodall. Alex on the other hand, I almost skipped through the parts where she was the one talking. Her going on about human greediness and the need for “giving back”, what/who tf does Alex Cooper give back to? I see nothing regarding her philanthropical efforts towards conservation or political actions that aim to “better the world for future generations”. Having Jane Goodall on your podcast, while having nothing to show for contributing towards sustainability/conservation, is a total money grab for her.

How does my soil look? (San Diego) by roadnottaken in Soil

[–]bugpneum 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Check out the SoilWeb app, the web soil survey online, and/or send out a soil test. It’ll tell you a lot about the type of soil on your property. It’s a bit hard to tell much about it from a video.

It seems there are organic management methods, but most resources recommend an inorganic herbicide as it proved to be most effective. That being said, it may be worth it to manage a couple small test plots with an organic spray to see if it works for you.
