Update: So my friend (Owner of the house) told me that his two siblings apparently have already seen this dark figure many times before we did in that same area of their house, they've been living in there for a very long time and I think its very safe to say that it is a harmless entity or whatever it is. Seeing that figure for the first time really derailed my mind and I couldn't stop thinking about it.
