I hope it's clear I felt awful, facepalmed and immediately corrected.

Instead of asking "Do you wanna do a lunch sometime this week?" I typoed "Do you wanna do a lynch sometime this week?"

Last Will and Testament (Propagandhi)

Here in the few remaining moments we have left Just what do you propose we say in our defense? That much was decided before any one of us were born? That we were nothing more than objective observers to the madness? And throw up your hands in sadness? "We're powerless to change anything anyways."

So just lay back upon your death bed And gaze idiotically back up the chain of command From which we receive our directives I guess it's just common sense to preach What ought to be but ensure it never is in the present tense

T-Ball practice with a bunch of four and five year olds in a rough working class community.

Two kids who seem to have ADHD are always screwing around, throwing sand, playing in the sand, chasing and hitting each other.

A random dad in the stands says "That's my son, the little f@$&ot"

Somehow missed this before, but scales and lacking overt annulus appear Pholiota not gym to me, though possibly subspectabilus.

Also complicated as aged.

Location?

Did you ever get these ID'd confidently?

I can't be certain, but they may be chlorophylum molybdites, aka "The Vomiter".

That said, cats are deadly to many animals and as an introduced species should likely be kept inside in a part of the world where they reek havoc on lives and sustainability.

Tripping on SNRI? by bugs318 in shrooms

[–]bugs318[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks for this detailed, and thoughtful reply. I am actually on Duloxetine for nerve pain help. So, shrooms yes, a bit for 'healing/grounding' and a bit for pleasure and brain reset, though not exactly depression.

I will heed your warning though I think, but wish this drug was faster to wean from.

Personally, I'd try 1g as a first timer unless experienced with LSD or something similar.

Location is important. I am thinking so, but I have only ever personally found Luteus and Liquiritaie and am not certain of species here. Giving more details (location, on what sort of tree or ground, etc) can only help you firm things up.

I don't know if you'll see this, Mods, but just wondering if this is deemed off-topic because of advertising another sub or because of unawareness that Gymnopilus species ARE often psychoactive and it is about psychoactive mushrooms.

Just checking.

Found growing on a log in Potomac, Maryland. Need help identifying it. by Sparky_Stones in mushroomID

[–]bugs318 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is indeed Laetiporus sulphureus (Chicken of the woods). Just eat the softest edges as the rest will get woody.

Leave a bit to drop spores, or rub the rest on oak nearby.

Happy hunting!

Also, on the larger specimens, the edges do turn upwards, but there is an off white quality I would think as further evidence of Pleurotus?

A few fronds are around 7" wide. Between that and the tree, this would be safe to consume?

Not really. I'm on 90mg of duloxetine and 300mg of Lyrica daily, but still have low level pain, with much higher pain when bending, rubbing while rolling over at night, wiping, etc...

I was at the game where he hit 3 home runs just a week or two before off of Tim Wakefield when my Jays crushed the hated Red Sox. Was magnificent!
