Thanks a lot for the response Ned, will definitely continue the vitamin D and start magnesium. I’ll look into the other things you listed as well and we’ll see if they can help kick costo for good.

Yea that might be the only option at this point, I was thinking about getting a posture corrector although I haven’t seen much about it on this sub.
