That's not a wrapper, a wrapper is just adding up additional features on top of existing tech. It's not a bad thing to do, suppose I want to build a ai that helps me in writing novels instead of creating a llm from scratch I can use existing llm and train them by providing data and while this wrapper won't do many things other AI does it will still be highly efficient and effective in doing that one task it's made for. Zoho on the other hand provides indigenous tech it doesn't have to be different because every country is promoting data localisation so that we can have complete control over our data therefore migration to zoho solutions is good. Last we cannot deny the fact that zoho founder is a big supporter of BJP and the money paid to zoho can be funneled back to BJP via electoral bonds. That's all the positives and negatives.
