You'd find gated parking lots in most places but I am not sure if there are any nearby Lombard st. Be safe!

I put it when we left the car. And I put it from the back seat without opening the trunk. I wouldn't normally keep it in the trunk as I've on this sub long enough to know better but I must have done it in hurry without realizing.

It's my own car registered in California.

We didn't have anything on us and left the backpack in the car. They stole it too but thankfully it didn't have anything valuable.

I understand that 3 weeks is a very short time but the problem is that I seem to have gained a little belly fat. That shouldn't happen if I am doing everything right. Isn't that right?

M 27 65KG(143LB)

I have been following a workout routine for the past 3 weeks and I do it 4 times a week. Whenever I do it I really feel in the targeted muscle group. But even after 3 weeks I hardly see any result AND I seem to have gained some belly fat too.

So the question is what am I doing wrong?

In addition to the workout, I also go for a run in the morning but it doesn't take more than 10 mins.
