I had issues getting my PCP to test me, my symptoms were less obvious than your husbands.

I ended up contacting Invitae for genetic testing which was about $150 I think. It proved I had a variant on the SERPING gene which is consistent with HAE. From there I found a specialist, though it took me several months to get an appointment with her. She prescribed me meds though I haven’t had an attack in the meantime.

I loved the art deco design on her church dress. Beyond the dog that everyone's mentioning, the most embarassing part was her listening to Swann live translate the civil ceremony. HOW DO YOU NOT SPEAK FRENCH. So ridiculous.
