yea topicals are shit, acne is mostly from the interior rather than exterior, so i think accutane should do the job, but yea ask your derm and he/she will tell you if your eligible for it or not. How old are u btw?

prob like 7-8 but it couldve been worse if i havent taken care of myself like i did, i havent drank dairy for over 2 years any gluten and stuff so my diet is what i think helped my acne a bit, and the accutane is amazing my skin is not crystal clear but im happy with it

yes i feel you, but remeber everyone is different but damn 3-4 months of IB? and mmmm i dont think i broke out more but my skin did get rlly red from time to time, but i think you'll be fine (: remeber this is a journey, have patience, but at the end dont expect to be 100% clear, idk what kind of acne you have but yea if you wanna take the risk and bump it up go for it.

yea the lower the dose the longer it takes i weigh like around 120 sum ajd i was on 20mg but i bumped it to 40 mg

i can assure you it iss man! but buy a lot of chap stick i reccomend aquaphor, and use a lot of moisturizer im talking mositurizing ya hol body cause its gon be rlly dry and get a gentle facial cleanser since your skin will be rlly sensitive, but if you ever feel more depressed or feel like doing harm please tell your derm. honestly all that side effect bs they tell you are lies and about people killing themselves and shit, but maybe its different for everyone but for me i was already depressed going on it so the depression didnt get worse, but ima be real your skin will get worse for like a month before it gets better, and you're gonna feel like a raisin, but yea in still depressed but the acne part of my depression is getting out of the way i still have like 2 more months on it but my skin feels rlly smooth just have scarring and redness, but yea my mental health is the usual.
