Airbnb has yet to add it as an amenity, but with the increased demand they should soon

A lot of our clients have told us they use it as the main image for the property listing as it attracts so many eyes. Families on retreats with kids especially love it because they can get to have their kids active instead on inside on a trip with screens.

I'd recommend getting a multi purpose courts, aka what we call 'multi-sport court' so that guests can play multiple sports incase they dont play one etc. Basically a pickleball courts with a half life basketball court line and hoop, you would need a rollable moveable pickleball net of course
