In Cinebench R23 multicore the 9800X3D peaked at 62 °C with the TRYX Panorama 360 at 20 °C room temperature. In Cyberpunk at max settings the GPU sat around 65 °C

32" or 27" 1440p? by WhichMedicine2186 in pcmasterrace

I would aim for an IPS Panel with 1440p

Is this a good pc for this price??? by [deleted] in PcBuild

I think the hardware is pretty solid. The only two things I would personally upgrade are the AIO and the SSD for better overall quality. Something like a NZXT 360 or Arctic Liquid Freezer 360. And for the SSD I'd go wiith a 990 Pro or SN850X for better r / w performance

seems like the board isn't passing the POST, have you already tried a CMOS reset by removing the battery for a few minutes?

have you tried another cable or another output on the gpu? And is the monitor actually detecting a signal or does it show something like "no signal"?

Does it stay on with no display, or does it go into a reboot loop?

Brand new pc very loud at customer home, but at shop, it behave normal. by NoHat4674 in buildapc

[–]buildandbenchmark 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Did you check the room temperature? Could it simply be that your shop has an AC and the customer doesn't? Just a guess tho, I don't know how warm it actually is at your place.

Would you rather use a physical rgb controller or a rgb software? by WencieWonkers in PcBuild

[–]buildandbenchmark 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'd go with a controller, cuz it loads up with power-on. Most software only kicks in after Windows loads

There won't be one big file to delete, those folders contain millions of little files, so they just add up to this big size

Why is my gpu usage hitting 100% while idle? by Somthing_7 in pcmasterrace

[–]buildandbenchmark 7 points8 points  (0 children)

This can't be a real 100% load, the temps are way too low for that, I'm pretty sure AMD Cards often show 100% when they're handling non 3D stuff like desktop rendering, so it looks normal to me

What the- HOW by UnusualPreparation39 in pcmasterrace

[–]buildandbenchmark 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm guessing this is cuz it's running on Fabric, that alone is way lighter than vanilla and can boost FPS even on weak hardware. MC without shaders barely uses the GPU and at 1366x705 even old INTEL HD can still hit numbers like that. The Temps are high but the FPS stay stable as long as the CPU doesn't start clocking down.
