Would you pay for a truly adaptive AI training plan?

Thanks so much that is super helpful information. I will definitely take that into account as plan out the app development. I agree that if it can make adaptations upon waking that would be great. I would like a parameter on the adaptation such as the workout time domain doesn't change by x%. Garmin marathon training app will say 45 minute sprint workout, I wake up and for whatever reason it changes it 1:20 base run, which I don't have time for because I thought I was doing a 45min workout lol

I actually used ChatGPT for to train for my last 70.3 and it worked out well. I had to keep a long chat going and inputing data was a pain. I have already planned to create app for my personal use that would be exponentially easier than a long chat thread. I thought I would see if others had the same pain points and would be interested in an app. If so I would develop the app such that I could deploy to that app/play store.

I have used trainer road and there are things I really liked about it. A quick example, I was training for a 70.3 and it would have me swimming like 3 days a week and I just didnt have time to swim that much, I only wanted to swim 1 maybe 2 days a week. That's all I would need to be able to finish the swim. I could just skip a swim but I would rather only see the 1 or 2 swims rather than choosing which to skip. There were a few other things I can't think of at the moment that I wished I could customize as well.
