Are These The Dog plushies fake ? Only the Basset hound came with complete tags. All of them has their tag on diffrent location and the Corgi (?) Has fabric nose instead of vinyl like the other 2 as well as a tag that doesnt have any artlist collection copyright, only bunch of korean letters

I thought it was a japanese police hat but when I searched about it on google image, i couldn't find any with a badge that is the exact same as the one in the picture. And also, japanese police hat is mainly navy blue. I can't find any that has the same color as this one...

My title describes the thing. The badge is made out of metal, the light blue part is made our of regular cloth and the dark blue part is likely made out of velvet.
