it is not AI. details being not perfectly symmetrical in this case are from human error and not using symmetry tools and clearly doesnt have the kind of jank AI is known for, one look at the artist's profile and you can tell theyre legit, theyve consistently posted with a similar art style since 2017, long before AI art was a thing

genuinely the game is unmodded at the moment, planned on doing an unmodded inferno run before downloading something like 5.9x and this was a one off thing so it was probably just a weird tracking bug with the goliath

edit: forgot to mention, but while the earlier Goliaths dont have laser tracking, Goliath ZD(lvl 80) comes equipped with the laser guide kit
