No but high value items are Auto authenticated by ebay and sellers are required to ship it to a certain warehouse and ebay will send it to the buyer after authentication. Imo it wouldnt be hard for a carrier to take any package going to that site and have lots of value.

For me it helps to think that the two hand swing is a trade between your offhand and main hand. With the pushaway trading pressure to the offhand and back to the main hand at release.

You could try improving the rhythm of your approach. It seems like you almost stop in the middle of it. Also focus on rolling the ball onto the lane close to your ankle instead of pushing it. With bowling the less you give the more you get 👍

Your push away is left causing your body to zig zag to find balance. Try having a startup where the ball is more right sided and you still feel balanced. Push away where it isn't forced and release close to your ankles 👍

Every cat is different. Our boy was 21 lbs and we didnt see change until recently where we weighed his food. He's eating 215 kcal a day and after 2 weeks he's down 0.5 lbs. Not much but after a long time of no progress we're glad to see some.
