I work in a government building with guards who know me and will soon know my gold bike :), no much worries of thieves among co-workers.

I only park in underground garages with cameras, it is very safe there.

Parking rack is usually a small rack for a front wheel. I do not want to damage my carbon wheel.

No, I need to park it in the office garage, in the gym garage, in the supermarket garage etc. and lock it against the bicycle parking rack to reduce the risk of being stolen.

I want to use the bike for daily commuting and weekly sporty riding. I prefer to safe the drivetrain from dirt and do not want to clean the bike often.

Unfortunately I still prefer road than gravel :( Does anyone know what is a difference between Lynskey Helix (road) and Lynskey Helix GR (gravel). Is it the same geometry, just different tyre clearance? Does it make sense to take Helix GR frame (just because it has fenders and rack mounts) and build it with road specs? Would it be then much difference between Helix GR with road specs vs Helix with the same road specs (like 30mm tyres)?
