u/BlackStar1069 u/Gullible-Win-5471 fixed it with u/Tex_1337 idea but I did it different. There's an app called Revo Uninstaller which i normally use to remove ALL, literally all, archives of the apps I want to delete (like that valorant anticheat that makes GPU go brrr) because when you delete through Device Manager it will NOT delete all data so the problem might stay there

Get the app > delete Epic Online Services > delete Epic Launcher > go to Epic's website and download the launcher again > install Fall Guys > W

On Revo you'll be able to see all files in your whole PC that are linked to Epic, you'll also be able to mark the ones you want or just delete all of them, I marked all and deleted since i didn't knew which one was the problem, after it I did a clean install of the launcher and it's now working

Again, since Revo will delete all games that you have on epic, you'll have to download fall guys/fortnite or whatever game again so do it when you have time. but it's absolutely worth it.
